Supermodel Erin Heatherton Just Sold Her West Village Condo for $2.7 Million

Almost two full years after putting her West Village condo on the market, model Erin Heatherton has finally unloaded the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom abode. As  reports, she just sold the condo for $2.68 million, which is a touch lower than her original asking price of $2.9 million. The fully renovated condo, located at 1 Morton Square, now includes a sauna, custom Japanese soaking tub, steam shower, and a brand-new kitchen, in addition to a fitness center, 24-hour doorman, and an on-site parking garage. When supermodel Erin Heatherton isn't strutting the runways for , Victoria's Secret, or Chanel, she's having parties at her West Village condo. The Illinois native has from her neighbors in Morton Square, ultimately prompting her to for $2.9 million after just four years. Her stylish complex sits on downtown New York City's historic cobblestone streets, lining the Hudson River. Heatherton gut-renovated the condo upon moving in, managing to raise the ceilings and add wooden beams throughout the spacious living room. Her décor gives the sleek condo a distinctly eclectic feel, with velvet furniture, framed wall art, and lots of greenery dominating the space. With a striated marble bathroom, a Japanese soaking tub, a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, and an on-site parking garage, the condo won't be on the market for long.
