2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix flour, baking soda, and baking blend with mashed bananas, vanilla, eggs, milk, and butter.
Spoon into a loaf tin and bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes until cooked through.
