Comedian Jason Segel is busy prepping to present at the Academy Awards this weekend, but between jokes he found the time to snap up a new property in Los Feliz, California. The Mediterranean-style mansion features gorgeous original details such as high-beamed ceilings, thick rendered archways, and tiled stairs. Segel bought the Los Angeles home for $2.25 million from famous graffiti artist Shepard Fairey—you might remember his iconic Obama hope posters from the 2008 presidential campaign.
