At what time do you shift to evening mode?

5 p.m.

In the evening, you are…

Having a whiskey with my husband getting to the heart of the matter.

If you are going out, how do you change your look?

Generally, I amp it up a bit. I choose one area to amplify—a bright lip with bare, fresh, beautiful skin. Or more of an eye—warm toned colors, as I don't like a black smoky eye on myself—with a rosier lip. It is rare to find me in a bright lip and heavy eye.

What's your favorite way to relax and unwind in the evening?

I love to cook. I find it very therapeutic and relaxing. It's a time for nourishment, and it's creative in a way that allows my busy mind to stretch out a bit.

What TV show are you currently watching?

The End of the F*cking World on Netflix. It's a British co-production centering on teen angst in an amazingly stylized genre. I binged all episodes in one day.

What book are you reading?

The Steve Jobs biography.

What's your favorite evening indulgence?

A steam in my shower followed by a long quiet bath with Byredo ($78). If I'm in the bath, I will apply Isun's ($44), which is incredible for lightening and tightening the skin. This type of evening routine is wonderfully indulgent, but I don't do it as often as I probably should, as I find it difficult to spend some time indulging in myself.

What's your secret evening guilty pleasure?

Late-night Kraft Macaroni & Cheese (seriously).

What's your favorite way to take a look from morning to moonlight?

I find accessories can really help with this transition. Wearing a pair of cool boots with a simpler day look, throwing on a great jacket, and then popping on a bolder, brighter lip can achieve this easily. Sometimes I will scrape my hair back in a tight knot and that can feel more "evening" too.

Do you prefer an end-of-day bath or shower?

It really depends. Sometimes I want to wash the day off quickly and effectively with a shower. If I'm on holiday and more relaxed, I love a good bath.

What is your evening skincare routine?

Cleanse with Epicuren ($30). If I am heavily exfoliating, I will swipe several Scientific Organics ($90) on clean skin and sleep with just that formula—these pads are the best I have found. The exfoliant is natural fruit peels and other natural ingredients that turn the skin's vitality over incredibly effectively. I feel like I have a new face the next day.

If I am not exfoliating but need to infuse more hydration into my routine, I cleanse, spritz with Epicuren ($38), apply my aloe, and then once dry, a mix of Isun ($44) and Epicuren ($31) (these enzymes build the skin back up, so this step is particularly useful the day after a rigorous exfoliation or peel). For moisturizer, I use Scientific Organics ($88). Lastly, Isun ($52).

What is your evening hair routine?

I like to apply a good hair mask like ($28).

What is the last beauty product you use at night?

Hand cream by my bed. Currently, I am using one from Korea, MadeCera cream, that is incredible.

What are your bedtime rituals?

I love to read at night and try to give myself time to do this away from technology. It's important to quiet down the brain. And a good book is essential to my life. I'm an avid reader.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you go to sleep?

It really depends, but generally between 10:30 p.m. and midnight—if I'm being good.
