The morning is arguably the most crucial time of the day—especially for those who eat, sleep and breathe success. Case in point: The a.m. routines of Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Alba, and Oprah Winfrey, all of whom have built their own empires from the ground up. The three women separately recounted their go-to morning rituals with  and , offering a glimpse into the day-to-day lives of a few of our nation's most successful and accomplished women. Actress and business woman Jessica Alba typically rises around 5:30 a.m., and heads straight for her morning spin or hot yoga class. "Working out is not my favorite, but it's stress relief and I get good ideas working up a sweat," . From there, the founder of The Honest Company takes a shower, gets ready, and eats breakfast—her typical meal consists of coffee with almond milk and either avocado toast with gluten-free bread or a coconut water smoothie.

You can add media mogul Oprah Winfrey to the growing list of celebrities who start their day off with meditiation. Before the sun even rises, the media mogul takes a few minutes to herself to gather her thoughts and prepare for the day ahead—a ritual that echoes the  she now hosts with Deepak Chopra. From there, she hits the treadmill in her gym before officially starting her day.
